My name is Helen Eleveld. I was born in March 1972, am married and have four children, all visiting school or studying. After my studies in 1997, I almost immediately accepted a position in our familiy owned company. In first instance, I worked as a Recruiter for clients in England and the Caribbean. Also recruitment efforts for clients in the Arabic Emirates and Saudia Arabia belonged to my tasks, particularly in end of the 1990's. Meanwhile I am an allround Recruiter for applicants and healthcare organisations. I enjoy the daily contacts with healthcare professionals. My heart beats faster for people working in this sector, in particular because of the human approach in healthcare. The entrepreneurship is well combinable with the busy family life and offers excellent opportunities to be flexbile. For this reason, since January 2008, I have been the official and proud owner of Scholten Medical, together with my younger sister Carolien Timpers.

My name is Carolien Timpers. I was born in 1975, am happily married to Michiel and have two teenage daughters and one son. After my Bachelor in International Business and Languages, I started working in banking. After several years of work experience, I changed position and started working in our familiy owned business. Since 2000 I have been an enthusiastic and driven sparringpartner for applicants and healthcare organisations within Europe and beyond. From 2000 - 2007 I passed several exams in Work & Organisational Psychology. I am an optimistic person, enjoying and embracing life. For me, having an interesting and challenging job is undoubtedly connected to personal happiness. The connection that our organisation creates between applicants and employers, generates a daily inspiration. Besides my work, I have two big passions: the Italian language as well as cooking/dining with friends and family.
